THE SIX STEPS TO LASTING CHANGE

01. BUILD A FOUNDATION

If you want anything to last in life, you must start with a strong foundation. When you’re working to create lasting change, building that strong foundation means deliberately deciding which specific result you’re working towards and getting connected to the reasons why getting that result is important to you. Knowing exactly what you want is called your vision, and knowing why you want it is your purpose. Your vision tells you what action to take and your purpose provides the emotional fuel you need to consistently take that action, even when you may not want to.

02. BREAK UNWANTED HABITS

Once you know where you want to go, and you’ve filled yourself with the emotional fuel you need to get there, you have to make room for your new set of actions by clearing out any existing habits that will hold you back. This section of the program is designed to help you identify which habits you need to change and help you come up with solution habits that you will use to move forward.

03. BUILD NEW HABITS

Now that you know what habits you need in order to reach your vision, it’s time to make those habits automatic and lasting. In this section of the program, you’ll learn the components of a habit and the specific principles to apply in order to make those habits a part of who you are in your everyday life. Ultimately, these new habits will help to expand your idea of who you are, how you show up in the world, and the results that you get in life. Those elements are all part of your identity.

04. DISCIPLINE YOUR IMAGINATION

One of the tools you’ll be using extensively as you work to reach your vision and expand your identity is your imagination. Most people have not been taught how to purposefully use their imagination for their benefit. Willpower is not enough to create the kind of lasting change that shifts your identity. You need the strength of a disciplined imagination in order to do that. The good news is that deliberately using your imagination to help you get what you want most in life is easy and fun!

05. ROLES AND MODELING

We are living a one-person performance in our lives. Knowing which roles we play in each area of life is a way to accelerate our results in that area. In this section of the program, you will identify different roles you play in the area of health and wellness and then you’ll skyrocket your results by choosing role models who have already achieved the specific results that you’re working towards. You’ll then learn how to model those people in order to duplicate their results in your life while adding your own unique flavor.

06. TAKE INTELLIGENT RISKS

You’ve done the work to expand your identity and now it’s time to step out of your comfort zone and take massive action in the direction of your dreams. It’s time to trust your growth and all that you’ve learned and worked for. In this section, you will draw on your new identity to intelligently set yourself up for success and proactively prepare yourself for your journey beyond this program. It’s time to celebrate the expanded you and share who you are with the world!

The Science

As human beings we are creatures of habit. We tend to do the same things over and over; we like to be in our comfort zones avoiding the uncertainty that comes with change. Studies show that it takes 21-65 days to break or build a habit.

This program will challenge you to consider what you believe about your potential, your desires, and your future. You will be challenged as you proactively move through the resistance phase of growth and uncover barriers and gaps between your current habits and your desired results.

The 60-day proven process of conditioning supports you in taking small, daily actions toward who you want to be and where you want to go. If you commit and follow through for 60 days, you will build new habits that support you in every area of your life.
